Cathy's Homemade pie!Time and time again we have been asked what is the secret behind our delicious food. It's simple really: There is no secret. We have no mystery sauces on recipes. In fact, all of our dishes are deeply rooted in Hellenic regional cooking.

We respect tradition and work hard to prepare our food as authentically as we can. This requires using both fresh, quality ingredients and love.

There is no greater satisfaction in preparing something that's been prepared the same way for a hundred years.

Throughout the years of its operation, the New Mill has developed a unique way of taking care of its costumers by providing supreme quality of food, a variety of unique tastes, and abundance of wine in a way the ancient Hellenes used to feed their families.
