The New Mill Tavern offers delicious cuisine, bed and breakfast facilities and a warm family atmosphere. We are located in Paleros village on the Greek mainland, overlooking the beautiful Greek islands of Meganissi and Levkas and the Ionian Sea.

The New Mill Tavern operates from the beggining of May until the end of October and we are here as your hosts and guides to the local lifestyle. This winter season mama Cathy and her multi-talented son Antonis are searching to find the best routes to the remarkable sights of Western Greece as well as organic and traditional produce from the entire country to make available to our guests. In doing this we hope to offer travelers the opportunity to experience more fully the rich variety of Greek cuisine and to familiarize themselves better with the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania (to which Paleros belongs).
