From its very beginning The New Mill Tavern/Restaurant has been associated with Romance and intrigue of far off places. Authentically decorated with an old traditional theme, The New Mill Tavern ascended from the remnants of the past.

In 1982, Cathy and Chronis started a restaurant to share their enthusiasm for great food, a lot of fine wine and ambience that stimulates.
