Throughout the years of its operation, the New Mill has developed a unique way of taking care of its costumers by providing supreme quality of food, a variety of unique tastes, and abundance of wine in a way the ancient Hellenes used to feed their families. When you visit us, you don't have to worry about which one of the many delicious dishes that mama Cathy prepares you will try. You will have the chance to try everything! She will bring to you a total of eight different plates, capturing the entire palate of the Hellenic cuisine. A unique experience to share with your date, your friends or your crew.

The classic Hellenic dip! Dices cucumber, fresh yogurt and garlic, seasoned with cracked black pepper and drizzled with local organic olive oil.
SCORDALIA, Cathy's Greek Viagra! 3,00
A traditional Hellenic starter with a "Cathy's twist". Creamed potatoes, infused with a puree of local garlic, vinegar and olive oil.
BEETROOT SALAD 3,00
Local thick cut beetroot mixed with yogurt vinegar and olive oil. An option of walnut garnish is available.
SPICE CHEESE 3,00
An excellent accompaniment to our local wine! A mixture of cheeses with a touch of mayo, spicy peppers, seasoning of olive oil and black pepper.
LITTLE CHEESE PIES 8,00
Everyone's favorite! Mountain feta cheese mixed with eggs, milk, a handful of semolina and rolled in a crispy filo pastry. Honey and sesame on the top are "the icing on the cake"!
